The AAA Executive Committee is committed to serve the ACO community

Who are we?
The AAA Executive Committee (AAA ExCo) is appointed based on demonstrated involvement, support and commitment to the ACO Programs and its development. In accepting an one-year appointment, an individual agrees to fulfill the requirements and meet the responsibilities associated with board membership.

The structure and roles of the ExCo may vary according to the expanding scale of association, yet the traditional structure includes the Chairlady, the Vice-Chairlady, Executive Committee.

Our current ExCo serves the community from 2025 to 2027.
Committee Profile
Chairlady
SHEETA KOON, who studies Physiotherapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, has participated in ACO Careers Program 2023. Joining various corporate workshops and medical job shadowing, Sheeta gained new perspectives on medical field and acquired communication strategies in workplaces. Receiving valuable insights from ACO, Sheeta decided to dedicate herself to helping students explore different types of industries and find their own career path by joining AAA.


Vice-Chairlady
Eva Qiu is studying Nursing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is an alumnus of the ACO Careers Program 2023, which provided her with the opportunity to explore various industries more deeply and broaden her horizons. Eva is pleased to be a member of AAA and is dedicated to giving back what she has gained from this program and continuing the connection chain of ACO.

Vice-Chairlady
Hamis Chowstudies Nursing at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Having joined the ACO Careers Program in 2022, Hamis widened her exposure towards and gained precious insights towards different fields. These valuable opportunities navigated Hamis towards a clear goal on her career paths, leading her out of confusion on her own future and cemented her aspiration to serve younger talents. Being part of the AAA Community , Hamis aspires to get each of the unique talents and alumni bonded while supporting new students in discovering their own potential and career goal.

Executive Committee
Esther Lee , currently studying in HKU student BEd in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. The ACO Careers Programme gave me amazing job-shadowing chances that opened my eyes to different industries and taught me a lot about matching my strengths with the right career pathway. Therefore, I am passionate about helping secondary students figure out what career truly fits them, and as part of the ACO Alumni Association, I want to give back by organising fun, meaningful career events that help more youngsters discover who they are and what they can become. I hope that we can empower more students on their journey of self-discovery and professional growth in the future events.

Executive Committee
Johnathan Hung studies Speech-language Pathology (SLP) at the University of Hong Kong. He is an alumnus of ACO Careers Program 2024. Through the ACO Career Program, Johnathan has had the opportunity to explore a wide range of industries and job roles, gaining firsthand experience and valuable insights into various career paths. Grateful for the meaningful experiences and guidance he has received, Johnathan feels deeply motivated to give back to the AAA community. As a newly appointed AAA Executive Committee, he is eager to support incoming students, foster collaboration, and help enhance the efficiency and impact of ongoing AAA initiatives.

IVES LO, who studies Engineering, has participated in the ACO Careers Program 2023. The program provided him with invaluable industry exposure and practical insights, solidifying his career aspirations. Grateful for the guidance and opportunities he received, Ives is committed to giving back to the program that supported him. As a member of the AAA, he aspires to contribute his skills and experiences to help guide future cohorts of students, assisting them in exploring their potential and navigating their own career paths.
