ACO Alumni Association is reaching out – literally – to alumni get up from their computer screens and practice yoga together! In December 2019, fellow ACO alumni reconnected to one another and to the rhythm of nature in an aerial yoga workshop. It was a fun, soothing and invigorating workout for all! We hope to arrange more fun alumni happenings in the future !
